Have you had these issues with completed construction drawings and documents before?
- 〈Has this happened before at your work site?〉
-
Misses or delays in sorting completed construction drawings and documents due to a lack of manpower
Storing and managing documents in a transitional state until all documents are ready proves difficult
Disorganized use of paper documents and electronic data, with no clear system for storing them
- 〈Do your headquarters and branch offices struggle with the below?〉
-
Lack of centralized management at an administrative level
Only specific reps have knowledge of where things are located
nable to get blueprints in a timely fashion when needed
Incurring semi-permanent costs associated with storage of completed construction drawings and documents Materials grow whenever construction is completed, causing storage sites to become full
Takes time and effort to browse documents deposited at warehouses
Risks associated with sorting, disposing of, or losing documents after their retention period has elapsed
If you've faced these problems before, then:
We will solve all your needs
with a digitized outsourcing system
specifically designed for completed construction drawings and documents!
What is a digitized outsourcing system
Our digitization outsourcing system for completed construction drawings and documents offers comprehensive cost benefits while letting you more efficiently store and utilize digital and 35mmCOM (digital microfilm) versions of those blueprints at discrete stages in the construction process.

Are you looking for a way to reduce your workload and make current operations more efficient?
Please feel free to contact us via the form.
The key reason for this overall reduction comes from:JIS Z6018 (ISO 11506).
What is JIS Z6018 (ISO 11506)?
JIS Z6018 (ISO 11506) is a storage technology involving COM and COLD.
It is a Japanese industrial standard for storing image data safely and securely over a long period of time.

35mmCOM (digital microfilm) process
with JIS Z6018: 3 key features
-
After converting electronic data such as Word, Excel, CAD, CPU code data, PostScript, PDF, etc. into TIFF, it can then be converted into the 35mmCOM format.
-
35mmCOM (digital microfilm) / microfilm has a long-term archival quality and an expected life span of 500 years under proper storage conditions.
-
Non-tamperability is guaranteed by demonstrating when data was created, by whom, who issued the request, and to whom.
What media offer long-term data storage?
Comparison of storage performance of various recording media

[Storage conditions] Paper: 25°C/45% RH, B/W film: 15°C/30% RH, Color film: 1.5°C/30% RH
Magnetic tape: 18.5°C/40% RH, Magnetic disc: 20°C/40% RH, Optical disc: 20°C/40% RH
Use 35mmCOM (digital microfilm) in lieu of paper!
Utilizing a data storage method that conforms to JIS Z6018 (ISO 11506), COM is tamper-proof, so the paper originals can be disposed of.

In lieu of paper, storing your data using 35mmCOM (digital microfilm),
which ensures legal evidentiality,
also saves considerable space and greatly reduces storage costs.

Why clients choose System Planning's systems
-
- Easily search and browse data
- Your data can be organized into a database, letting you easily browse and search it on your own.
-
- Robust security system
- Your data is stored at our own archive center, fully shutting out cyberattacks. This fully-equipped facility has been designed to withstand a range of disasters and adverse events.
-
- Ensure legal evidentiality
- We employ the 35mmCOM (digital microfilm) system, based on JIS Z6018, which offers advanced preservation technology with legal evidentiality. This means that in the unlikely event of a civil lawsuit, you are equipped to respond to document discovery requests.
We guarantee 100+ years of data retention at approximately 0.01%
the budget of your typical construction contracts!
Plus these other benefits!
Specialized personnel handle the intake of completed construction drawings and documents for discrete stages in the construction process and sort them into a folder structure designated by your company.
We are thorough in following up, such as if we find missing documents, and contact the relevant work site for details.
We collaborate with your representatives to ensure that there are no delays in submission or missing documents as the construction schedule progresses.
The system unifies the quality of documents submitted.
We store documents internally as you send them, preparing a finished version once all of the documents are ready.
We communicate directly with the work site in order to prepare an initial budget based on the approximate price.
Thorough budgeting from initial organization of documents prior to digitization on through to final completion of the deliverables reduces the cost burden on your departments and improves work efficiency.
By unifying the way sorting and classification is performed, it allows for centralized management of data across all steps of the construction process.
This frees you from having to handle data migration, while also providing a BCP solution.
